The house was built in 2009 and has been used as a holiday home since January 2012. With a living space of 50sqm, it offers space for two people. The beautiful wooden floor, large plants and high window fronts give the house a cozy, warm and bright atmosphere. It is individually and modernly furnished. Pictures of the Worpswede painter Tobias Weichberger hang on the walls. There is also a TV with DVD player in the house and you have internet access. Ecological and high-quality building materials ensure a healthy indoor and living environment. In addition to a small bedroom, a kitchen and a spacious bathroom, there is a spacious living room. The adjoining wooden terrace under large and tall chestnut trees offers the opportunity to linger outside. The house was awarded three stars by the German Tourism Association.
